| The following conditions apply to poster presentations in the poster section of the congress. The poster section is situated in the Foyer Belvedere; posters will be displayed during the whole event | |

| The size of the workspace for placing the posters at the site of the congress: 180 cm (height) and 98 cm (width), bottom material: white lamino, installation with Velcro fastener – provided by the congress organizer. Poster presentations will be labelled with sequence numbers in accordance with the poster overview in this Book of Abstracts. | |
| Preview Point | |
| The Preview Point will be located directly in the Rome Meeting Room, Diplomat Hotel Prague, and will be clearly marked. It will be equipped for slide and computer projections. The presentations are to be handed over to the support staff of the Preview Point either on CD/DVDs or on USB keys any time during the programme of the congress, yet 60 min. prior to the assigned time of the presentation at the latest. Due to safety and quality reasons, presentations on floppy discs will not be accepted. The support staff of the Preview Point will return all media to the authors immediately after their download / presentation. | |
